Each semester first-time staff members come together with returning members to create Webster’s next Ampersand magazine. The students not only have the chance to expand their knowledge of magazine production, but learn how to work together in multiple group projects as well. As the staff grows together, the magazine gets stronger. At the end of each semester, the final product is as unique as the staff itself.
